The offical "What's it worth" thread
Well... recent and future life changes have me re-considering my choice and place in cars right now.
Thus I'm looking for input from you guys as to what my car is worth. It has around 40k miles and as you all know, the paint is in immaculant condition... especially since I had the bumpers re-shot this spring. Edmunds gives me the following: Trade-In - $15,104 Private Party - $16,553 Dealer Retail - $19,069 Here are my modifications: Power Perrin Radiator hoses - not installed yet Crucial Racing Thermostat - not installed yet STi 1.3 bar radiator cap Airbox Hack, Silencer removal, inlet removal Amsoil panel filter Fender plug Perrin Inlet hose Perrin I/C hoses Porting of stock TD04 turbo Ceramic Coat Turbo exhaust housing Perrin up-pipe Turbo XS stealth back (high flow cat) Ceramic Coat Downpipe Prodrive WRSport muffler CUSCO exhaust hangers (4) Cobb Tuning AccessPort NGK Copper spark plugs (one step cooler) - not installed yet Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump Handling Zzyzx Motorsports coilovers 20mm sedan rear swaybar Goodridge SS brake lines CarboTech Bobcat brake pads (front) Axxis Ultimate brake pads (rear) Rota Torque 17x8" Falken Ziex 512 225/45-17 SSR Competition 17x7.5" Kumho Ecsta V700 225/45-17 Cosmetic Roof strips (remove roof rails) TS black plastic side mirrors Window Tint 20% STi Genome Replica Grille Clear side markers Replica Fog Covers OEM side skirts (painted) OEM fender trim (painted) Delrin custom shift knob I/C carbon/kevlar screen Prodrive 'P_' steering wheel emblem Subtract these mods as I'd be keeping them: STi 1.3 bar radiator cap Zzyzx Motorsports coilovers SSR Competition 17x7.5" Kumho Ecsta V700 225/45-17 Of course I could consider parting it out and getting it back to stock, but for now lets discuss it with most of the bits included. Thanks - Jon

I'm realistic and know that I'd want $20k, but that just isn't going to happen in this market. I was hoping somewhere just under $19k, but don't know if that's even reasonable.
Thanks for the input, keep it coming please. |
