Any local performance shops that can help me ID the rate of these coil springs?
Currently have a set of "mystery" STI pink springs in my possession, and I'd love to positively ID them before I put them up for sale (I'm looking for USDM STI takeoffs to match my GR-2 struts).
I have a thread going which seems to indicate that they may be "Tarmac" springs: http://www.clubwrx.net/forums/suspen...k-springs.html That said, I have no way of knowing the actual spring rates other than the "Some guy on a forum told me..." line. Anyone know of a local (MA/NH/RI) performance shop that could help me identify the rates for these springs?

Find a performance shop near you that has a spring rate test gauge. It's nothing more than a big handle and a scale. I know Forte's definately had one when they were in Burlington. They are in Framingham now (near the old registry). You could call and ask.

Why not put some weight on them and measure deflection?
