CL fueling issue (32bit)
Just recently, I'm experiencing a slight hesitation during cruise, between 1660-2000rpm (08 STi). AFR readings at hesitation point are around 14.9. I disconnected the front o2 sensor & the hesitation disappeared, therefore I suspect it's CL issue, the o2 sensor might be failing.
I'd like to attempt to enrich CL fueling a bit hoping it would fix the problem. Enriching CL won't be easy since it's a 32bit which barely has any CL controls! I read that the only option would be to modify o2 sensor scaling. I'd appreciate any tips how to adjust the scaling to achieve richer CL fueling.

I don't know how to do magic, so I stick with the incredibly easy way of a scaling shift. Could the issue be a dirty MAF sensor? |

Do you have CL fuel compensation defined in your ROM? Post a log if you can

Hmmm. I have it defined in mine, but my defs are totally custom. But I thought I got it when I switched over to merps ROM

Been a while since I looked at the table but...
One side is your AFR one side is voltage. You want to take the voltage from the AFR you want to target and put it next to the 14.7 AFR. Then shift the values nearby to smooth the table. |

Again been a while since I visited those tables, but I don't believe it will allow values above 14.7. I think it's only to enrich closed loop. |

Why don't you try forcing OL and seeing what happens?

The closed loop fueling target compensation tables are defined in the 08sti and most 16bit and 32bit roms.
