Default Erratic fuel trims

I have been trying to fix my maf scaling and have a problem from about 1.5 to 2.5 volts where the reading are completely erratic. I have the stock intake with a turbo inlet. Stock injectors. I have pressure tested the intake with no leaks found. This image was taken with the stock maf scaling. Any ideas?

it doesn't look like it's just 1.5-2.5, the stock should be like +/-10%
