Default Romraider vs Boost Gauge and other Tuning Questions

I recently installed an 18g on my 2006 WRX wagon and had it tuned by a reputable local road tuner.

However, recently (1k miles) I've been getting overboost cels around 6K in 2nd and 3rd. My tuner has been less than helpful.

Romraider says my max manifold relative pressure is around 12-13.8 psi, my boost gauge says 20-21psi, and torque android app says 20-21 psi.

The car also makes a lot of power when it hits full boost around 3800, then I notice a loss of torque, then it surges back around 5100.

Something is not right

Mods and settings are:
-mishimoto tmic
-invidia catless dp
-kinugawa 18g td05 8cm
-perrin cbe
-perrin cai
-bosch ev14 850cc injectors
-walbro 255lph
-tgv deletes

-18psi target boost
-22 psi boost cut

Your loss of torque is most likely turbo dynamics overcompensating. And you're overboosting so your initial WGDC is probably too high as well.
