Default Where can I get my fenders professionally rolled?

With the combination of my Prodrive springs settling and my wider wheels & tires (225/45), I've been getting the slightest bit of tire rub in the rear.

Does anyone know of a good shop, preferably in the SFV, where I can fix this problem?

Can't you roll it out yourself???
All you need is a baseball bat and a jack.
I have a fender roller tool you can use but I take no responsibility of what happens after.

Word of advice, remove the ruber trim on the wheel well. There is be a metal lip you will need to bend back. Use a hammer(rubber) or baseball bat (this makes it smoother).

I rolled mine with a baseball bat.

My other buddy used the fender roller tool we have and no he has huge fender flares on the rear, EVO style.

How slight is slight? I have slight rubbing and I live with it. If the rubbing occurs in normal driving then start rolling, if it happens under HARD cornering (hard=on the track) then you don't have to roll it.

you could probably do it yourself and save some money. i think you got the wrong offset wheels, but that's ok. the baseball bat idea is a good one, actually. just don't go crazy with it.

remember, jack up the car high enough so you can get a good swing with the bat...it takes a few good *WHACK!*s before you'll see the results you're looking for...

Default Fender rolling

Sprewell Racing does good fender rolling. They have the machine that hooks on to your axle and they just heat up the fender and roll it with the rolling machine.Comes out perfect all the way around. Hard to be conistent with a baseball bat. I had my Fenders rolled at A1 Autobody in Huntington Beach they have the exact same machine. I do not recommend using the baseball bat method but to each his own.
Good luck.

Val, ok sure, I need to get it done tomorrow. Only if I can roll your upper lip, I think your teeth is in the way, you may need a slightly less offset.

I don't think I did...they're a 48 offset. I know Subaru generally uses a 53, but 48 is the closest offset Volk Wheels have.

I got my alignment done yesterday, and it looks like the changes in rear camber have just about eliminated the problem. If rubbing does continue I will roll the fenders, but I think it's gone.

Thanks for the responses...

WHY IS THERE SO MANY PEOPLE GETTING TIRE RUB ON THEIR FENDERS WITH SUCH SMALL TIRE SIZE? YOU CAN FIT 265 SIZE TIRE WITH LITTLE FENDER ROLL AND NEVER RUB . SOUNDS LIKE THE WHEELS ARE OFFSETTED INCORRECTLY. WORKING IN JAPAN, 225 SIZE TIRE FOR THAT CAR IS LIKE STOCK SIZE FROM THE SEALER SHIP. I RUN FULL COILOVER RACE SUSPENSION ON MOST OF OUR CARS WITH 255 BEING A AVERAGE SIZE. BUT IF YOU NEED IT ROLLED GET THE CORRECT FENDER ROLLING KIT AND HEAT THE FENDER WITH A HEAT GUN SO THAT THE PAINT WILL FLEX. GOOD LUCK

TB999, what are your alignment specs? I too have Volks...and I have tire rubbing at the back. I hope the rears are not too cambered. Thanks.
