Going back to the Dyno tomorrow to get the final numbers for the 93 tune.

The dyno reads low, but it shouldn't matter if we are comparing to the stock tune. I hope it shows on the dyno the way it feels on the road with barley any tq dip.

Looks like a decent gain in the torque dip and up top but overall not a huge increase over stock

I think part of this is the stock tune works good at first until you drive it and pulls timing it slows down.
On the road the latest map feels amazing, I really don't feel any dip and it pullsgood up top . I will have to take a video of a 2nd gear pull.

I just installed the Perrin cold air intake.
Stock is 3.1lbs
Perrin 2.4lbs
It seems to pull better up top.

Looks good.. going to stick to my DIY one for now..Out of all the aftermarket ones..I like the Perrin one the best..so far.. it makes the most sense as a "cold air".. since they get the filter out of the engine bay.. so what do you have left to do??? ..and are coming to Dixie???

How easy is it to pull the front bumper? Mine hit a cone hard yesterday and may have a broken clip as the bumper popped loose, now doesn't sit right, and definitely has hanging side light!

For the record, never let James Yom drive your car... he will destroy it!

James Yom has coned away at least two National Championships - STR in 2011, and BS in 2012. He is the dirtiest man I know!

I got the bumper of in 15 min. But I was at work and used the lift. It's not too hard, just a pain to get all the clips off.

No link.

I can tell you I ran 53.4 in my MX5 and Ken Motonishi ran a 54.8 in my hugely under prepped BRZ. (Eibach Pro kit, 8" rims and two year old RS3's).

I wouldn't read too much into it - it was a good course for a soft suspension car. Lots of sweepers on a very grippy surface. No fast transitions and flat out slaloms.

You can't add any aero in STX.

We should definetly have a tri-state BRZ meet sometime, let me know.

What shop is doing the header?
