I've got one also in OBP. I'm actually getting those same rain guards, from WeatherTech right? And what percentage is your window tint? Lots of questions I know, but did your lights come like that or did you bake/paint them or buy them? (I have the fully chromed out version ). Anyway, car looks great, my paint is horrible but I will post a pic of mine eventually. Still need to remove the STi badge from my grille, and do my vinyl overlays that are sitting in my kitchen still.. |

Upgraded my wheels today. Drag DR-38 17x7, 40 offset, in Charcoal. I am selling my stocks for $350, but one has a bend on the inside and holds air. Will separate at $120 each plus S&H.

Hi all,
I'm finally getting around to doing some upgrades to my 08 OBS and figured the folks here would be the best place to start. The main two things I'd like to do initially are lower it, and get it to have a nice sound. After doing my research it looks like I'll be getting some coilovers installed later in the summer, but for now I'd like to do a catback install. My main fear is ending up with a car that sounds like a souped up lawnmower. From what I can tell the Flowmaster dBX (part number 819116)is a pretty solid choice, but I'm curious if anybody here has experience with one. Everything under the hood is stock, this would be my first performance upgrade (if you can call it that). Any help is much appreciated. |

I have a 2008 Impreza Outback Sport... normally aspirated. Anyone know if/how to adjust valves? Had it 6 months... They sound noisy. Any input?

I decided not to do the catback. Found a guy with my exact car who had done it and didn't like the sound. Still debating the coilovers, having a hard timed dropping $1000 to drop my car an inch or two. Right now I'm just going to be happy with what I have and think about what I will do to my next subie. Did you trade it in to North End? Just curious. On the hunt for an OBS and work in Fitchburg. May have to keep an eye out for it on their lot.
