Start Slow
I would not recommend starting with the 75 shot. The only problem with nitrous is that it is easy to over do it. I was running a 55 shot which ran fine (great even) but spun my stock clutch. I detuned my Zex system using a .028 NOS jet and the clutch holds better. Do you have any fuel ratio or egt gauge(s)? I use Autometer A/F and fuel pressure. I like to see green on the A/F and a healthy jump in pressure (to 60 psi) when on nitrous. Without gauges, I'd start at the 55 shot, listen carefully for det, check the spark plugs for a while, then maybe move up. The 55 is a pretty nice power surge. Oh yeah, use premium gas too.

Once again I punched my 55 shot tonight. I must say...I LOVE that Purple bottle.
Tommorrow I'll try the 65 shot...I do have an egt an AF meter which i monitor very closely...Plugs look good. -Terry |

A 55 shot done two weeks ago ran 'ok'. Be careful and good luck! |
