Wow! I've never pondered this question. My block has quite a few houses and apartments on it. A few businesses too. The land itself is probably worth quite a few dollars.
Let me get back to you on this, ok? |

OMFG some of you are straight DICK LMFAO. i couldnt stop laughing. But serious atleast start at 1k and bargain from there depending on the make and model of you VIC. I.E if its a STi block 2.0 or 2.5 go for like 1500 maybe a little more if its got some plumbing, 2.0 Sti **** it same price they are hardcore as ****. Then bargain for money or parts after that. but you gat a 2011 Block that could be used in alot of APPS so 1800 then haggle like ****

I'll give you $50 for it. As Hinshaw said, we are not here to do someone else's work. These are all legitimate offers. From my $50 all the way down to the $3.50. It's up to the seller to decide whether it's worth it for him or not. And then make an informed decision. Informed on his on research.

Because racecar? I thought the same thing when I saw the thread of the guy stripping down a brand new WRX. Could be he has $$$ and wants to skip some steps?
Or engine could be close to boom-boom. |
