I know this is old, but Amen to that! Jersey drivers think they are tough.

I was driving down there one night this summer and a guy in a new Grand Cherokee cut me off (we were the only two cars for miles.) I flashed him, and he proceeded to switch lanes, brake hard, get behind me, and leave his high beams on. I took advantage of the triptronic in the RDX in order to downshift. He proceeded to pass me, take up both lanes, and come to a complete stop on the parkway, running me into the shoulder when I tried to pass him.

He finally took off, and I tailed him while I called the police. A trooper set up ahead of my mile marker and had me put my flashers on when I passed so he'd know who to pull over. I went along my merry way watching him get nabbed via my rearview.

I live in NJ and I still think this is awesome! It's tough being a good driver in this state. Most of my near-accidents have been on the GSP. Many people here definitely do not deserve their drivers licenses.

My point was that being in the military is not proof of anything other than being in the military.

So as soon someone joins the military everyone has to like them?

I can appreciate their service, but doesn't mean them personally aren't just a bunch of clowns (pun kinda intended)

You don't ever have to like anyone ever. Was saying that people are who they are and some make the group they're representing seem like total asshats. Doesn't matter if it's someone from a church group all the way to the other end to some extremist racist group.

I don't consider the fbi part of the service. You don't see them on patrols clearing the way for other troops. They may have service members working for them, but they're not walking through the desert with 80 pounds of gear in a mopp suit.

You seem like kind of guy that gets mad when a store doesn't offer a military discount

No because they probably think the military is a gang also. Some business are more greedy than others and won't give any discounts at all to anybody. It's the new "American way".

I'm a little late to this tangent but... Are you positing, with 100% certainty, that there are members of the bloods, crips, AND Latin kings who in their spare time build subarus and come chat on the forums? I kinda doubt it, but maybe... And I guess more importantly, did you also suggest that it's ok to paint your face like a clown and worship a band that was cool for three weeks a decade ago? Icp is only acceptable as means to clear out party stragglers that can't take a hint

Dear unsure of what car you were driving I was busy not dying on my motorcycle as you pushed me off the side of route 2 near fresh pond in cambridge MA.

Please look where the F*** you are going, I do not like having my two wheeled vehicle be less than 2 inches from going off into the grass when I am traveling at 70 miles an hour. I hope after you swerved violently to the side when I beeped at you that you S*** your pants and enjoyed my fly by in 3rd gear at 15000 RPM right next to your passenger door after I slowed down to get behind you. Please watch where the F your going or get off the road. I dont have a full shell to protect me on the highway in the event of a crash.

Dear Minivan in the rotary in somerville

Please do not cut me off and then slam on your brakes to a full stop in the middle of the rotary after I beep at you for cutting me off, again on my motorcycle. I do not like my tire being an inch from your bumper. And Do not yell at me "WHAT YOU WANT ME TO PULL OVER!?" out the window at me when I beep at you because yes I do want you to pull over and get out of the rotary instead of being an A**hole. just GTFO of my way and dont brake check a biker, thats how you get your mirrors kicked off. You are lucky I am not that crazy and do not wear steel toe boots.
