Thumbs up Rainy Subaru antics, why my car is the bomb!

Well this is a similar story to wolve80's

Here in North Texas, the only amount of rain that we have seen is basically been humidity.. If you've been to Texas, you know what I'm talking about.

Well, as forcasted last weekend we got some rain, and where I was it it was coming down good!

It was about 2AM and I was coming back from a wondeful date with a very charming young lady, and as I get back on the road, the heavens open up...

I thought God was just going to make my night, date with a hot chick, and adverse whether conditions for me and my car to play in! Who could ask for anything more?

I get on to these country back roads that I know fairly well, put on the high beams, high wiper, and floored it... Turned up some of the BT that was in my CD player and hauled ass through some windy, whindy, up and down texan back roads... I was taking turns faster than I would normally do even in dry weather. I kept pushing my car, it gave no indication that it was going to give into the whether. I think my top speed thru here was about 90, but with the advantage of it being night I could see on coming traffic if any up the road...

After that experience I was so glad I choose this car over the Civic/GrandAm/Firebird that I was thinking about buying prior to the Impreza

That was 10 minuts of fun in a car!

The only way I would drive that mad in the rain is if the woman got excited by the driving!

You sooooo crazy.

Thumbs up

you should come to st louis and play with us

now just imagine that in the rain on gravel doing about 60 and getting air. the car is truly amazing. auto-xing in the rain is fun too since you get to drift all the time, and actually have it be the quick way. of course, i can't realy drift it in the dry anyway, being stock and all

I used to be engaged to a girl from the Manchester/Wildwood area of St Louis... but I got tired of her and traded her in for my RS. HA HA HA!!! Well, I know you have som kick ass hilly roads there... but dont go driving thru downtown St Lou... especially by Busch... never hit so many pot holes in my life!!!

You wanna talk about getting air? -- Thinking about this makes me want to get some friends to take pics of this one too.

There's this railroad crossing about 10 minutes from where I live, I floored it one time in 3rd gear and caught some big air!!! It was bad ass! I am out to tear up my car... thats why I have to go in Monday and get some tranny work done to it, I'm only at 9,600!!!

But it sure is fun!!!!

If I ever have a reason to go up to St Lou, I'll get in touch with you guys... I'll have some fun in my car, and possibly get a good lay from my ex... HA HA HA!!!

OOOOOOOOO! who's the male pig now???
ME!

Peace out yo!
