Default New to the area.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to make a quick introduction post. I just moved out to tempe about a month ago from CT.

I do fully plan on getting to one of the meets very soon. Things have finally settled down after the move and its time to get to know the area better!

I have seen a few very nice wrx's out and about, most of the time i catch the car too late to wave as i am always making sure i am going the right direction and not getting lost

I don't know if you guys see very many out here but i have a saab 9-2x aero (no i didn't buy it because its a saab, i got a great deal on it when i was shopping for a wrx) I have yet to see one at all!

but the car is stock =( which is no fun. but i do have a tactrix cable on the way so i can attempt to make a solid stage 1 tune. we'll see how that goes. hahaha

if you see a dark blue saabaru, i think its the only one in the phx area so its a damn good chance its me =)

Dan

Your place on Mill? I see a 92x just south of University parked at what looks to be a house.

I'm probably the only White 2006 WRX you'll see in Tempe. I've got gold wheels, and an exhaust.

I'll keep an eye out for you

Welcome! Pay no attention to those Westies... and the other Saab owner that I've seen has a SN of SaabaruMike iirc. East siders have a sticky for Saturday nights at the marina near ASU and we also meet at the Pavillions sometimes and a couple times at Desert Ridge Marketplace but I think that one is in critical condition if not dead. Drive Safely and again, Welcome to AZ!

Ah Ha! But you do drive a Subaru, just look at the plate under the hood on top of the left front fender... see the Fuji Heavy Industries name? You sir are a Subarubian! Even if it says something else on the outside.

And... East siders, North siders, South siders and even Central siders can drink beer in moderation too... (no comments from you on that one Christian tyvm) You'll be welcome no matter where you show up. Com'on by and have some fun.

What are you talkin about Javier???

Westside meet is FTMFW.... You must have went to a crappy one or something to make that statement. Its good enough for me to drive 50 miles each way every week to go
