Default stupid stupid stupid question time

Well, I looked in the stickies and did a little search the other day AND I left a message with TXS. I haven't had any luck so now it's time to ask y'all.

1-Is a stock boost controller needed with a UTEC?
2-Can I use my dual controller I have or do I need to use the ABC that it comes with?

You can use any type of boost control you want with UTEC. HOWEVER, if you want to CONTROL your boost through the UTEC interface, you will need a factory boost controller, or perhaps the GM Typhoon three port sol. spliced in the factory location (do a search for GM Boost sol).

Lots of people are using other boost controllers, both manual and electronic, with UTEC.

Hope that helps.
