Default Addressing corrosion

'04 US STi. Anyone else getting corrosion on rear deck lid? Particularly at abrasion points where spoiler rests on deck. Also on interior and at weep holes on trunk and at seam between fuel filler and quarter panel (really tough to get to as the rust is deep inside the seam). I've had to remove the spoiler to treat the rust but it will need to be repainted in entirety. I'd prefer to keep the car original but having difficulty finding a used WRX or Impreza rear trunk to buy outright and go smooth (not swapping- car is unmodded and would have more value in original condition). The spoiler will need new contact padding as the original has deteriorated. Any ideas on a suitable material?

I have the same problems. My wing is actually rusting and dripping on the left side where it meets the decklid. i've just stuffed it with touch-up paint nad I'm searching for a replacement wing/trunk. Gonna repaint the car in a few years anyways.

The fuel door has a problem of drainage. Water can get in there and just stagnate. Mine is usually dirty, but there isn'y any terrible rust or anything. Yet...

Yep. All the hardware to attach the spoiler is badly corroded and the grounding strap is nearly gone. The screws holding top to bottom are rust welded, so rewiring the grounding strap is not likely- too much trouble.
