Unhappy HELP! O2 sensor threads on DP damage

So I bought a used helix dp from another member on this board. He used to for a very short time (a week or 2). But didnt plug the 02 sensor bung w/ anything, and it was run unplugged. So anyways, I get this thing, and I can only screw in the mechanical cel fix about 1.5 turns. Then it gets stuck, I didn't want to force it, cuz it could make things worse. The threads looked really black witch char, but i probed the threads w/ a pin, and part of the thread is chipped. I have gone everywhere (autozone, pepboys, ace, menards, sears, tsc) looking for a tap to fix the threads. The biggest one I found was a 16mm at ace.

Does anyone know where I can get an 18mm tap to fix the threads on my dp??? Or any other ideas?

Please help
Vic

if you happen to ever see a tool truck driving around (snap-on, mac, matco) they all carry the 18mm tap on their truck.

If someone could verify this, I'd say the right one is 18X1.5MM. Not 100% sure, but almost certain.

indeed it is. MSC Direct has a tap in that size for $37 (american made) or $27 (taiwan) i think.
