Is there any around here. Im from the southeast here on work, tuned for 93 but have only found 91 so far. Anybody got any locations for me? Thanks.

Where are you located ? You will have to mix 100 oct.with 91 oct. to get 93.

I mix about 2.5 gal of E85 with 91 to get about 94 octane but of course I had to tune for it.

I am also a recent transplant from the SE (last July). I have been on an "economy" 93 oct tune (300whp/tq) and have had no issues so far with the 91 gas here. The first couple weeks, I was mixing in those "octane boost" bottles, but haven't since.

I have even had it dyno'd at Forced Air Technologies (located @ 2818 W. Cactus Road), and the guys there thought it was very well done.

Basically, the only symptom I have experienced from the lower octane, is a temporary rough idle after high rpms (downshifting to stop at a light, etc).

Hope this helps in your "quest" for fuel!

hmmm, well i dont know how "economy" i am set on but i know its not an aggresive tune so perhaps i will be alright. i think i will still try to get a little 100 every now and then though, havent had any knocking yet i suppose. thanks. now i just need to get my AC fixed. went out right before i left for here. dealership in ATL said there was a really small leak and it was completely out of freon. they refilled it and put the dye in there to see where it is leaking but it is still not working even after refilling. oh and its a little hot in the AZ to be rollin with no AC. lol.

lol, it's not hot yet in AZ bro.. Wait til june when it's 110+ everyday.. that should give you an idea how good your tune is. And your AC.
