Hey there, and welcome to the forums.
Being that your car is NA getting a good amount of pick up can be an expensive en devour.
I would have to recommend an aftermarket catback exhaust to give that boxer engine a nice note. If the legacy didn't come with a factory spoiler I know my buddy picked one up on eBay (painted) for a 2010 LGT and looks awesome. Get some nice wheels and you'll be set. Rally Armour mud flaps always add a nice look to any subaru and I'd have to recommend a new grill to clean up all of that chrome accenting Subaru loved in those years. Feel free to post up some pics to better attract recommendations. Take care and good luck with your new ride!

The throttle can be made more responsive through tuning... now, can those NA Legacies be 'tuned'? That would be a question for your tuner.

You really need to establish your goals, although it sounds like to me a few minor suspension mods like swaybars, wheels, and an exhaust will suit you good. Don't count on making tons of power though... it's a lost cause with NA (two previous cars were NA for me).

Suspension and brakes are mainly where it's at!

www.danielsternlighting.com is the ONLY source. If you go anywhere else, I will trace your IP address and mail you a dead possum...the transit time from my house to yours in Canada will yield something very unpleasant, so you best take my advice.

Any car can be a 400hp car when you slap a turbo and cooling system on it. Set your budget.

GT is the turbo, yes.

A catback on an N/A USDM Subaru sounds kinda bad imo. Get UEL's or something.
