Question Legacy Engine Swap

I need help with a very possible proyect car. I am planing on buying a used Impreza to do a Legacy turbo engine swap, Is this possible? I was thinking a 1993 or 95spec ordinary Impreza, and I am hoping a plug and play. Any help will be apreciated.

It can be done, it is not plug and play. You'll need a stand alone ECU, but get the stock wiring if you can, that will save some time.

I'm in the process of doing this, however it won't be completely stock, it will have an intercooler and upgraded turbo.. might be re-doing the valve springs as well.

Have you considered this option for your Impreza instead of buying a Legacy Turbo?
