The limited edition Liberty GT tuned by STI
The limited edition Liberty GT spec.B tuned by STI

ARRIVING early APRIL.

Bred for performance, the stunning Liberty GT spec.B is now tuned by STI for even more exhilaration.

Harnessed beneath the bonnet lies the power of a turbo-charged Boxer engine enhanced by STI to a heart-pounding 194kW. Handling is razor sharp thanks to STI tuned sports suspension and an STI aerodynamics package. Furthermore, low profile Pirelli Rosso tyres and All-Wheel Drive ensure it’s anchored to the asphalt.

This thoroughbred is dressed to thrill, sporting 12-spoke 18" STI alloys and dual STI twin pipe mufflers, Brembo performance brakes and Limited Edition ‘tuned by STI’ badging. And the grooming continues inside, where black leather seats with STI stitching embellish an already luxurious interior.

If performance is your passion you’ll love the Subaru Liberty GT tuned by STI.

Available in Brilliant Silver or Obsidian Black Pearl,

Limited edition features:

Increased power now up to 194kW with a new STI Engine Control Unit tested and developed by STI for Australian conditions

It looks really nice and I love that front end. Of course since it is so good it means we won't get it.

Pretty much the same as last year's version except for SI-Drive and slightly reduced power for the manual transmission version (down to 194 kW from 200 kW).

Very sweet.

The horse is awesome.

Legacy STi, I like. Outback STi just seems very strange, to me.

Oh how they taunt us with what they had better bring us. SOA, bring it over before I sink any $ into my WRX. This is what I wanted all along.

seems like they don't have any fat lower lip bumper issues...

any news that SOA is addressing the underbite bumper here for upcoming models - it just ruins the car so much

Looks awesome, but a Legacy with the STi emblem shouldn't come in with less than 300HP. If it carries the STi brand, 260HP just doesn't cut it compared to the competition - it should blow those away, and with 260 it only matches or barely beats out in HP. Just my opinion.

Its not a Legacy Sti, get it straight, badge or not. but yes it could stand to have more power, at least the traditional 280 ps.
