Try www.turbonetics.com $150 per shield.

would there be any problems with removing my heat shield? My turbo neon does not have one on its super 16G... have not had any problems (the turbo sits inches from the firewall. The turbo is just too pretty to be covered by that ugly heat sheild... also seems like it would get better cooling without it.

The shield only covers the rusty turbine side not the compressor side. Unless you have it ceramic coated after a while it turns black or rust colored. The shield keeps the heat in. You donot want the exhaust charge to loose heat or the gasses stall and you get a power loss.
