I've been wondering when you were gonna stop teasing and post some results. Nice
I'm really starting to hate you E85 guys.. But this does make me want to step up to a 30R even sooner. |

I realize that, but the base weight is 300lbs different when u do that. So you either need to change the base weight in the 04-06 Sti rows or put the gear ratios for the 6 speed into the 02-05wrx rows

Car weighs 3320 with me in it. Tire height at 22#s of air is 23 inches bottom to top.
Ran 12.8 @ 113 @ 17psi with 1.999 60 ft. Spinning through first. Wants 24#s. Will get when I get my fuel pump setup from phil @ flat4 motorsport. Last edited by maxpowr; 10-07-2012 at 04:21 PM. Reason: edit for correct tire height...23 not 27 |

you ran teh tire at 22 lbs and it grew 2.5 inches? thats weird. if you put 27 inches in for your tire height the numbers gonna go up to like 450-475whp.

Nice! finally someone to compare my results, i'm also in NJ and got a 00rs coupe. i got rid of the heavy front and rear beams and i'm running jdm front and rear ends to cut some weight. i don't know ho much will be the total weight with me in the car (160lbs) tho.
i made 385 on E85 with the same kit but at 21psi due to the ****ty stock wrx cams, FML. i went 12.8 at 110mph iirc. using the 2 step with a non clean pass, kinda ****ed on 3rd but oh well, next time. we should meet sometime bro... |

17psi at almost 400whp? that sounds high on a 30r, but I've never had my car running right on e85 to compare, when I was on 19 psi made 340 and 23psi made same as you (pump 91 tho)
makes me think its either really aggressive on low boost, and what would 28-30psi be if your already making about 400, you only have like 50whp to go for those 11-13 psi whats the average jump in psi when your up there, like 10-15 at least whp per pound sound right?, give or take im excited to add the few new things to my mix, 2.5i longrunner manifold, with huge inj and pump, aem v1 standalone, kelford 199-c, on e85 daily, I don't think we'll need to mess with the fpr this time around Last edited by Irv Weissmanhowerton; 10-07-2012 at 11:51 AM. |

^ yeah it sounds kind of high toe also but he got a
Built engine with IDK CR so go figure.. Its sa that I ran into fueling problems at 23-24psi on e85, car was at 430 at the moment |

520crank / .8 = 416wheel.
we will see. im not really after a big power number. i just wanna see how fast i can get it down the quarter mile without breaking it. i have stock r160 amd H beams, so this isnt gonna be a stoopid fast subaru. this is my daily. the 99rs will be full race when i get a job. |

that 10hp per lbm is a loose convention.......and it all depends on what kind of dyno you're using. pretty much all turbos on DJ's or dynapacks will get up to their flow raiting to the "wheels" on those dynos.
Ed @ EQ's road dyno pretty much matches airboy and here are his numbers Stock 02-05 WRX - 155-165whp Stock 04-07 STI - 215-220whp Stock 08-11 STI - 190-200whp 265-275whp - 107-108mph traps 300-310whp - 112-113mph traps 325-335whp - 115-116mph traps 350-360whp - 118-120mph traps |
