Default calling all know-it-alls

I hope this question was asked and answered before, i did a quick check and didn't find anything.

i am looking for some specs on the phase II ej22. specifically im looking for:
1)combustion chamber volume
2)head gasket volume
3)deck volume

any help, or links to help would be greatly appreciated...

ok, kinda a side topic, but has anyone used the AVO turbo kit or have any info on it, found on the SPO motorsports site, http://www.spomotorsports.com/Catego...tomerID=363634
