thats a subaru WRC. im sure you could make that at home but you better have some quality fab skills and alot of spare time. if you want the real deal then start saving....

Prova has that setup on their time attack vehicles. I do not know if it is available to the general public.

Follow the link to the parts you're talking about, but remember, they aren't made for street cars, they're made for WRC cars, so you may or may not be able to make them work (I wouldn't suggest trying).
