Default Best motor oil?

I have a 2013 Subaru Impreza, and I live in Egypt concerning the weather it's winter not so it's usually between 8 C and maximum of 19 C (46.4 to 66.2 F), and in summer it's usually between 25 C to 35 and sometimes it may hit above 40 C (77 to 95 F).

What would the best viscosity for both seasons and which synthetic oil should I go for?

Thanks in advance.

Really depends on what's available and how you drive your car. I prefer 5w-30 for winter and 5w-40 for summer. Castrol and Shell oils are great. If you have access to Amsoil, its even better. You dont have to run synthetic if you are easy on your engine and do more frequent oil changes. By frequent, i mean at least every 3000 miles or sooner.

Motul 300V 15W50 for summer and 10W40 for winter.

I live in an area where temps go as low as -10 and high as 35 degrees Celcius and have always run 5W30 with no issue
