OMGHi2U I must be out of my mind (...aaaaaaand even more done!)

Last week I mentioned in another thread that my town was replacing the sidewalks on my street:

Much of our street has brick sidewalks (so charming!) so when I found out they were replacing them, I emailed a couple town peoples (town manager and a councilman) asking what was happening to the old brick and if I could have some.

Long story short... this was dropped off in front of my house this morning:

I've taken 7 wheelbarrow loads to the back of the house and stacked them:

The pile out front still looks the same of course. Barely made a dent, this is going to take me a lifetime.

I am going to basically brick most of my back yard (15'x35') turning this:

into

this?

My back already hurts.

Nice, re-claimed bricks look really nice. Just make sure to wash off the dead hooker blood before installing them in your backyard.

On the bright side... if that moss is actually mold, it contains penicillin... which will heal you of the bacterial infection that you will surely receive.

I'm a glass half full kinda guy.

But the pharmacist probably drives something nicer than a used, slush box, Corvette.
