That storm blew through here a few hrs ago. I think it might have had a small tornado in it right over my house.. crazy wind and downpour like I've never seen. Trees down and blown arcross yard, etc., but my 2.5i dodged all the big limbs! Had to remove wet leaves with a broom.

It was bad here. Someone was killed by a falling branch while he was driving . And apparently a tornado touched down in Elmira, NY!! Crazy stuff.

Also, I'm leaving on my roadtrip from NY to San Diego and back tomorrow in my scoob. Wish me luck

Also needs to be dropped slightly, the front fender gap is horrendous lol.
Thanks! and I agree it isnt the best looking thing. I have mentioned a couple of things that I would like, but again it is her car.

Nice work, drop should definitely be next on the list!
Thanks, down the road im sure, her daily commute would be a little rough with it dropped. But Ill try to convince her. Any suggestions for a mild dropping spring without sacrificing ride quality?

I live in Elmira! I drove around to check out damage yesterday- It was crazy. Cars on fire, HUGE, very old trees down everywhere, root balls 15 feet high sticking up...

It was like a combination of very high straight line wind everywhere with smaller tornadoes thrown in for good measure. I'm lucky my Impreza is alive (and that nothing fell on my house).

It's quite a bit stiffer and much more reliable struts, make sure get get the 09+ spring/struts! The 08's are basically the same as our 2.5i's.

Thanks! I just stocked up yesterday on some cleaning products. I use rain x wipes for the windows, black magic tire foam, generally any car wash but i finished it with a turtle wax this time. I also bought the niftly little turtle wax buffer they sell at wal mart. works like a champ. other than that i use a general cleaning wipe for the interior and just clean the rims with a cloth. lol. detailing on a budget

Thanks man, this is the standard bumper here in Australia, guess we are lucky sometimes Also got the carbon SPT trunk piece too, they complete the rear end I think.

As it is my daily, it needs to be function and form. Otherwise won't have much of a lip left, I can still go to the shopping centres, drive ways etc that I use to so all good for me.
