Default Can't get STi 6 speed off of block

this isnt you typical block siezed to tranny question

i actually had no problems there

but after a half inch of travel it seems that the through out bearing is hung up
is there a manual release like with the evos where you have to put a flat head in and just turn it or???

please advise

pull the 10mm allen plug out of the trans side under the starter. Remove a bolt form the timing belt cover, screw bolt into shaft and pull out shaft from hole, then pull up on clutch fork....presto!!!

MUSTANG i aint got no phone!!

i thought i told you i was sharing the phone with my girl
currently we're not together

and status on what, those wheels?? nuthing so far
people are the biggest flakes

anyway, more explination on this 10mm allen plug please
anypics?
sorry the tranny is in a garage like 12 miles from here and it too late for me to run out there

so on the same side as the starter whole there is a plug,
and once i remove this plug i can screw in one of the bolts from the timing cover... and then?

as far as my friend getting hurt
he was back filling some french drains on the side of the building and the bucket from the bulldozer dropped like 8 inches really quickly and caught him on the top of his head, hes lucky he only got 10 stitches

yea look on the drivers side of the trans, you will see a hex plug that uses a 10mm allen. remove that, then you will see the pin with a threaded hole, to pull tthe pin out you have to screw a 8mm bolt into the threaded hole so that you have something to pull on to pull it out.

yeah iwas looking around and found this

so once i remove the allen plug
i thread the timing belt cover bolt into the center and...
pull on it?
this will release the clutch fork??

what i dont understand is that when i took off my stock rs tranny i never had this problem

also i know this belongs in another thread but you guys should know

once i remove the cams do i only need to remove the 6 head studs to free the heads or do i have to loosen that huge reverse nut thing in the center aswell?
