Default Selling and parting out my car

Well I am selling my car and parting it out, unless some wants to buy it with everything on it plus all of the stock parts. Right now I owe $22,619.45 if I part the car out I can get it down to $20,000. The car has 19,200 miles on it and is in great condition. I would sell my car for the pay off is smoe one wants to buy it for that much. If not then I am willing to part my car out and sell it for cheaper after I pay more on it. The parts that I am selling are

Apexi GT spec exhaust $400
Helix up+downpipe $300
Cusco Heat sheild $50
Cusco shifter Busings $20
Zerosports replica radiator shroud $15
EDM w/McCulloch 6000k hit kit $900*
Apexi TT with harness $50
Auto Meter Boost gauge and CF gauge cup $50

*Edm's suffered a little damage during shipment on both headlights the lower bracket is broken off. I am trying to fab up a fiberglass replacement for it.

Please do not post that I am asking to much for my car, I am tired of all the retards out there that think they know so much about selling a car. I am selling my car for what I owe on it. I am not trying to make a profit off of anybody I just need more money to get a house.
