Customer comes in on a spare, and shows us this little gem burried all the way to the base where the screws are.

Then says "Y'all can patch that right?"

No idea what the heck that thing was, but it was hollow and I'm sure he lost all tire pressure immediately.

So.....

Apparently it makes a very nasty mess when a large rat chews on your positive battery cable, shorts out your battery causing the starter cable and battery to partially melt, including partially melt the battery terminals, and fries the rat as well along with it in your engine bay.

Too gross and disgusting to take pictures of.

Wow!! I cant believe some people way of thinking. You have to know how your car feel just like how you know when you about to get sick. I hope they have deep pockets.

I believe TLC has a reality show in which the guys provide step by step instructions for this sort of barbeque.

In for pics.

Got a few gems to update the thread with.

Guy came in with a trailer wheel, brake drum and a good story.

Lug nuts were basically welded to the remnants of the lugs.

A lady came down from PA to pick up Xmas trees from this guys tree farm, tandom axle trailer with three wheels.

Apparently the wheel started to wobble at some point in time, long enough to erode the lugs half way through and carve a 1/4" deep trench in the hub, and the wheel eventually wobbled enough to wallow out the lug holes and fly off somewhere between PA and VA.

This customers lower spring perch rusted into oblivion and the tire became the lower spring perch.

Yummy

Thats all I have for right now.

Yeah... I get that.
I'm wondering what possible explanation someone could have for putting drywall screws through their battery. That's like trying to drive a nail through glass.
