Thumbs down Sometimes I hate suspense...

I had a job interview yesterday at New Balance in Lawrence, the HR lady and the guy I will be working with seemed like they liked me alot, the agency that found me the job told me on Monday they were going to be quick about making there decision on Tuesday afternoon after they met with both canidates, then the agency told me they were going to make there decision up probably today. I havent heard from the Agency yet, and im getting ansy, I really hope I get this job, it will probably be the coolest job Ive ever had! Im really on edge right now about if there going to take me or not, maybe im being too paranoid about it.

I guess thats what happens to you when your out of work for over 6 months.

The cool part is, if I get the job I get from 20% to 40% off in the factory store, and even more discount when they have a employee appreciation day, that also includes sale items.

Good luck with position.

I originally wanted to work for NB...I live across the MA Pike from them. The commute would have been awesome.

Thats cool, the commute isnt too bad for me 2E to I-495 North in the morning and visea versa coming home, cool part is I would be going against traffic during the rush hours on 495, 2E....well thats another story, it will be tolerable.

I had a job last summer that never materialized. One of those "its gonna start after memorial day" then "the 4th of July" then "labor day" and then I finally had the job and it was gonna start the next week. They were gonna call me. I was happy. I would no longer be a worthless unemployed looser sucking down cheap beers all day on my couch playing video games becoming further and further alienated and disconnected from that great ethic that is work which is the glue for our society's well being, me no longer being a productive member of said thing, had a chance to rejoin the choosen few, to redeam myself, increasing my self worth and hopefully my bank account all in one fell swoop. It was going to be glorious; a new job, new opportunities for advancement, all within a reasonable commuting distance. It never materialized, phone calls were never returned, administrative assistants scrorned me, threatening me with the Clack! Clack! Clack! of their nails over the phone.
I'm sure the good people will call you back, if not, there is most likelya support group being held, as we speak, at your local bar.
