I can't get the cover off either, though I'm pretty sure that's a different bulb. Go on the sylvania bulb guide, here.

http://www.sylvania.com/en-us/applic...s/lrgmain.aspx

The guide shows the trunk light as a different bulb.

Trunk/Cargo area Part Number: 168

Do you have heated seats? If so, does it work through the covers?

you know what, that was one of the biggest worries i had when considering heated seated seats. oh i have the sport premium. but surprisingly they still work. not sure how they compare to not having seat covers. i bought the car in april. so i had no use for them until recently when the nights have gotten a little chilly. but yes they work. low takes a while and hi will get hot quick. i usually turn it on hi then switch it over to low to get it hot quick and stay on. but i have petty thin ones that you buy at walmart. not think tacky furry ones. you know the ones.

So do you have the pink zebra striped ones, or the ones with a giant skull and flames?

Is anyone running axle backs or cat backs on these things? I'm coming from a wrx, and a 350whp forester. I'm going to miss that rumble but is there anything out there that can make a little more noise? And what sites are you using for parts? I can't find much on these cars. I want to do the sways and I see a few guys have them. Where'd you get them?

No axleback or catback exhaust systems out yet for our cars...A few guys have had custom axlebacks fabricated with Magnaflow mufflers. I am patiently waiting for a system myself.

I did a muffler delete.

I removed the exhaust and put a 2" straight pipe pointing down. This really gives you the rumble you are looking for.

Ive only had it put in for 2 days. I plan on selling it because it didn't fly so well with the significant other.

I get it. Happy wife, happy life right...

If I do end up selling it I was going to sell it for $30. I sprayed the entire pipe with VHT Paint - Ceramic Coating (Black). I also put High heat Permatex RTV silicone around where the welding was done.

No other parts are needed. Its just as simple as remove your exhaust and bolting on the pipe.

I bought the 20mm white line RSB on eBay. Made a world of difference. I recommend adding before end links as well, as the stiffer bar will easily overpower the stock units.

Going to do the muffler delete, likely with a small resonator, sometime soon.

Fairly certain you need a dealer computer to verify the current ECU firmware.

Maybe over 19mm causes issues i think our endlinks are the same as the sti ones. I do think they look pretty weak though

Yeah sti endlinks arent wonderful either. If youre updrading the sways doing endlinks is def the move. Its dumb otherwise. Cant wait to have a slowww car, not.

I don't understand. Why would you delete your muffler? It's not going to make the thing any faster...

Purely for sound. Also a small weight reduction.

anyone has some recommendation on some good LEDs to replace the stock bulbs for those areas? I'm looking to add a LED strip on the back cargo area since the stock light in the cargo is rather weak and useless to light the back cargo area.

as always, thanks in advance.

I found SuperBrightLEDs to be a good source. I ordered replacement bulbs for the map, dome, and hatch. Also changed the accent "eyebrow" bulbs on the front headlights.
