Im honestly not sure if its any different. Its all based on the angle that you look at it from. I agree that i was going to be a little disappointed if it was just a 90* angle. Pleasantly surprised when i opened the package.

Excellent find! Anyone try this on their STI / 2011 WRX hatch? I have seen a pic of one somewhere but at the time did not know what it was.

Subscribed for pics on a GD. I'm wingless now and wouldn't mind seeing/trying this myself.

I just ordered one but wasn't sure as to where I send the information (paint code, car, length).
So I sent them a message through ebay with the information. Did I do this right? Ive never ordered anything off ebay before.

Anyone know of a good source in the US to get these unpainted? I think to get the best fit on a hatch I would need to trim the edges myself since they need to curve the opposite way(as in flipping it up side down).

Why not message them and ask if they can sell you one unpainted?

On a side note anyone know the paint code for Spark Silver/SSM? My car isn't here right now to check and see if it says it under the hood

Nice! Just curious why u didn't go with black color to match that black trunk trim? Also did somebody steal ur antennae or did u take it off?

The black trim isn't going to be permanent. It's going to be WRB eventually. My car was t-boned recently so it's in the body shop now, gonna try to have them paint it while it's in. And about the antenna, I just pulled it down and unscrewed it because I never use my radio so I didn't care about reception and I think it looks better.

Just bought one for my SSM sedan. Will post pics once I get it. Was $48.xx total. That's 62$ cheaper then treble racing was selling them for. He was making a killer profit!!

Hopefully I got the right paint code (C3S) that's all I could find on a website that had all the Subaru's listed.

I just picked it up last night. Took exactly a week from the day of purchase to receive.

The color is 100% spot on. I haven't installed it since i had to pick it up at 7pm last night at fed ex. (I'm not home to sign for it)

I'm gunna install it in about an hour once the sun comes out fully and warms up the trunk. It has double sided tape pre-installed on the lip. Zero paint imperfections. This was actually painted better then parts I've gotten painted at a Subaru dealership owned body shop lol. Looks like it's a factory part. Seriously the best bang for the buck hands down

I'll try to post a pic in a few

Just make sure you put it on slow. It helps if you have an extra hand. Most of its flush with the rear edge of the trunk, But I got a lil crooked and it pushed in on the left side ever so slightly. But really not noticable unless your standing up close looking straight at it.
