I imagine one of the guys you are talking about is Andrew, he has a built Subaru. He doesnt work there any longer.

I no longer work at PTUNING because I moved to MD, but if some of you would like to voice your concerns with me through PMs I would like to know exactly what happened in some of these situations and speak with the owner and both sides of the story.

Having worked at PTUNING for a year, some of the claims seem a little absurd, although there is some truths to what people are saying.

Also, I don't think some people realize that PTUNING is an extremely small shop - all of 10 people work there. Sometimes, we would be so swamped with phones calls, ordering parts, etc., we wouldn't hear customers walk in, or the battery in the door chime would die (as dumb as that is, it happened ALL the time). We normally had 2 sales people working, on a good day, 3, and we would do a lot more than just check customers in, etc.

Anyway, I think some people have too high of expectations in what can and can't be done in a certain amount of time. What is more of a concern to you? Speed or quality? Quality is something the owners (Mike and Coung) take very seriously and if there was ever a concern, they would always be willing to discuss questions/concerns/etc and feedback with a customer.

I'm not trying to fuel the fire but I still care about the shop and don't want to see its name dragged through the mud.

Let's get back on track here guys... This is a "spotted" thread not, "my experience" thread.

Spotted a blue RS yesterday on 124. I waved and I think you did too. I was in my 07 limited.

i saw 5 this morning

saw the silver 02-03 WRX on the Yates/Henderson backroads (almost same spot as last time, nice sounding exhaust), i waved.

on fairfax pkwy i saw a white 04/05 WRX(?) with a yakima roof rack, and shortly behind them was a black WRX. waved at both.

drove behind a white 08-09 WRX Sedan on fairfax pkwy, but i dont think he cared to notice any other subarus. tried to wave out the window as i passed, but not sure if it was noticed.

then saw a silver WRX on fairfax pkwy with tinted windows, waved and got a wave back.

it always makes me happy to see other subaru people in the morning

i also see alot of scoobies in that same area but not a single one will actually wave. only thing they ever want to do is either race me or fly by me acting a fool.
