Default Need help!!! Car won't go into test mode

OK, hear is the dilemma I have an bugeye with 04 Sti swap. One of my friends tried to flash my car for Romraider Stage 2 the other night but the car wouldn't go into test mode. Were thinking during the swap someone forgot wire something correctly hence why my car doesn't go into test mode.

Is there a easier way to fix this headache w/o having go through the whole damn dash to figure out the problem?

Like going directly off the pin outs of the ecu to make the ecu go into test mode.

Side note never buy a car that has been swapped unless done by a professional.

Thanks for reading, experienced help is greatly needed. If you find grammar issues english is my 2nd language

there is a matching pair of connectors on the passenger side of the car. Sometimes people find that they are unplugged, and both the plugs on the passenger side and the driver's side need to be plugged in to go into test mode.
