You might want to explain what you're trying to accomplish, because as phrased, your question makes absolutely no sense.

Yes it can be done, but Im not sure exactly how'd you'd do it on a subi. Hasport has been doing the swap with Hondas for years, so you might wanna dig up something on them or how it is done

The linkage for a cable chasis to a hydo. transmission are the only things that dont have poly. bushings in them

I don't know exactly what you want to do, but I'll tell you what you need if you want to go from cable to hydraulic.

First off, there are two clutch styles. A pull type and push type. The pull type is found on the turbo legacy, WRX, and to my knowledge, any other subaru with a turbo motor. The push type is found on all the normally aspirated subarus.

They are not interchangable.

The earlier push type clutches were cable, the newer ones are hydraulic. If you get all the associated bracketry, master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch pedal assembly, etc. You should be able to convert it. The time consuming part of this swap is the pedal assembly. Try taking the pedal assembly out.....it's a royal pain in the arse. If you have anything but a 90 legacy, the holes should already be there in the firewall. I'm pretty sure the early imprezas 93-95 had the hole in the firewall for the hydraulic clutch master cylinder. If they didn't, you'll have to cut one in the firewall.....like I did.

I've got a template on my site www.surrealmirage.com/subaru/swap if this is the case.

To be quite honest.....the only advantage I can see to swapping to a hydraulic clutch setup would be to have slightly reduce clutch pedal effort with a stiffer pressure plate. However I really couldn't tell you how much less effort it would be.

Adding on this, if you simply want to use a clutch from a hyd. equipped car in your cable operated car, you certainly can. I only had to make minor adjustments at the fork to get the correct engagement point.

Yes you can do that. You will need to use the clutch fork, hardware, and move the pivot ball's location. If you have both transmissions there, you'll see that there are two spots for the pivot ball to mount to. The hydraulic clutches have the pivot ball in the top hole I believe and the cable ones have it in the bottom hole. You may have to tap that top hole. I don't know if it will be threaded.

Here's a pic to help explain what I'm talking about.
