Default 2006 WRX Brake Swap to 2006 Outback Sport

I've spent a couple hours searching, but I'm having difficulty finding information about this specific SAME YEAR swap. Lots of info on fitting different years and different models, but nothing solid on this so if someone could help me out here without totally flaming the crap out of me, that would be appreciated. Actually, I don't mind if tons of people flame me, as long as one or two people could be helpful.

My wife has an 06 Outback Sport wagon, and I have an 06 WRX wagon. I'm just wondering how much of what is on my WRX will bolt right up on her car, and what I would have to buy to complete the job.

What? You say this is just in the name of upgrading MY wheels/brakes? Let's just say, all's well that ends well. And getting the family purse strings open to upgrade my car is significantly easier when her car gets better at the same time.....
