Default wheel spacer for wrx's spare tire to fit sti front wheel?

hi guys, i have weird problem. long story short....want it a sti spare tire, but bought a wrx spare tire (seller shipped the wrx's one), talked to the seller, he said add a wheel spacer, then it will work on sti brembo caliper.

anybody think this will work

What size is the spare? Is it even a 17" wheel/tire? I think you'd need such a big spacer, you wouldn't have enough threads on the lugs. The company you bought it from should replace it at no charge, not tell you to spend more money on spacers.

i bought it from some guy here. he said spare tire is from 06 wrx. i dont even know what sizes, he told me, he will send the spacer....so

90% it won't work
I highly doubt WRX donut is even 17"

if I am wrong, post it and I will buy a dozen and will do donuts all day long
