3k is alot to spend, sop i would probably first get a chip, treyy cobb is working on on at the moment, followed by an induction and a full exhaust. U will still probably have around 1000 to spend after all that so i would put that twards some new rims, unless u plan on getting the subaru option 17 inchers.

The RS has no trouble overtaxing the RE92's, the REX will tear them up. Spend some dosh on new tires. If you like, go with a nice durable 17 inch wheel too, but if you are planning on driving on them every day don't spend so much on them that you'd be pissed if you had to buy a replacement because one got banged up.
Short of that, I haven't driven one yet, so I don't know what it would need. Some nice driving lights would be good. |

for 3k I'd upgrad the whole package. Get new shocks/springs (1k), new tires ($500), spend the rest on chip/exhaust/intake.
faster, and better handling... damn, I wish I had your dilemma |

I think we get a 20mm bar stock dont we? or is it 18?
That is alot of money though, I would go with Tires, Full exhuast, Suspension, Boost controler, gauges, turbo timer/alarm system maybe some body parts..and just wait for the aftermarket to catch up to the new car Good luck |
