Adjusting toe at the track? Best method?
I looking for an easy way to adjust toe at the track on both the front and rear of the car. I was thinking of constructing a toe block (basically a set of blocks that are square with a front 2x4 or something) and then adjusting from there. The toe from what I've heard is pretty easy to adjust. It's the tie-rod ends in the front and the eccentric boly on the trailing arm in the rear.
Am I way off base or is there a better way? I have to travel about 150miles to the track and I would like to not have to buy tires every month or so

Toe is pretty easy to change on the WRX and STi.
You can purchase toe plates for about 70 or so that work pretty well. Or make them out of plywood. Check out the Longacre website. |
