OMGHi2U Friday night Arlington MEET 7.16.04

Hello all...this is this weeks post (better late than never):

And to clarify...EVERYONE is welcome to come out to the meet/drive!!!!

[drama]
Heist...I dont know why you got all weird and made it a point to "unwelcome" someone to the meet...but it wasnt your place to do so....so, i am making sure everyone knows they are welcome to come hang out. Everyone, leave the drama and poo-flinging at home or you'll be asked to poofling at CiCi's with the Ric4rs.
[/drama]

This Friday meet/talk will be followed by a good rural drive. Good roads, nice curvys, non residential (85%+). It terminates in a good place, which allows those who desire to continue on and complete a "4" run, or take the main highway back home for a quick escape. It was tested last weekend and found to be enjoyable by 3 different classes of car, so it should be fun for ALL.

Show up as close to 9pm as you can...BS and eating commences immediately. They trying for a sharp rollout at 10pm at the latest. Be gassed up and ready to rock, to avoid the gas station blues. FRS/GPRS radios are encouraged, as that makes it that much more fun...we'll see how many show up with radios

Hope to see everyone there with attitudes, egos, poo to fling left at home!!! Lets have some fun and drive these expensive toys we have!!!

-Scott

tested by three diff classes of cars... so a fwd loud galant, a nice lookin but underpowered awd car, and a car with more growl than bite. and yes it is a good run as long as we dont see 1454518423157443132484 x 2 cops out again.

ill be there of course. see you bishes there.

i will be out of town this week and probably next week for the friday runs, but i would also just like to comment about the 2 srt's and volkswagon that rolled out to little road for the street races. These meets from what people say and what i was under the belief of, is to get away from that kind of crap .

Dont you mean 1454518423157443132484 x 0 +2? The DPS guy was presumeably the 2nd piggie revisited because we say and BS'd for an hour on the side of the road. Aside from that, there was only the one responding to a wreck (no radar on) and that one Mansfield piggie that had a moving-radar sig that we picked up 2 miles before we ever saw him drive by. Not too bad imho.
