Nope, I'll get one when I get back. It doesn't miss. It's just that the ECU doesn't really know what to do with the higher duration cams at lower idle. It must just decide, "What should I......, oh I give up!", and just dies... Lol like at stop lights. Idles fine above 850 RPM though.

Woot woot!!! Money, money, money... All gone now lol. Yeah, those center taillight sections can be pricey even used. I've been wanting to get the JDM one with corner tail lights for a while. I prefer the clean looking white/ clear on red look of them. And they say "Legacy" as well.

Yeah I was surprised to see the price of those center pieces. My car came with the lighter red, wanted the dark red almost black, ordered one of those. The jdm kouki clear ones are sick, but it'd run about 1000 for them. Yikes.
I want clear corners but can't justify spending about 200 for them. |

I will post some as soon as I can. I'm living in a tent at the moment with terrible internet so bare with me. I am buying another N/A crank and probably a brand knew one do I don't have to have anything machined. I have a bad track record with used cranks having scoring. You are correct, all phase 2 Subaru cranks are all forged. STI has some nitride treatment but it isn't really that much stronger. N/A cranks can hold 450+ WHP so N/A is the way to go for my build.

Here's what I have on my 2000 legacy outback sedan...
For engine performance this is what I have... Borla header, random technology high-flow catalytic converter, stromung 2.25" catback exhaust, weapon-r intake, Perrin lightweight crank pulley, beatrush lightweight alternator pulley, agency power pitch-stop "dog bone" mount, buddy club grounding kit, xcceleration's .445 lift "hot" cams, titanium retainers, and stronger springs. I have purchased the following, but are not installed on the car... Perfect power smt6 ecu, walbro fuel pump, Wrx injectors (440cc), and custom parallel fuel rails. For suspension... Ksport gt pro coillovers, superpro steering rack bushings, cusco front strut bar, whiteline anti-lift kit, whiteline front swaybar end links, whiteline 20mm rear swaybar, kartboy rear end links, whiteline rear adjustable lateral links, cusco rear strut bar, beatrush rear frame bar, and all remaining suspension bushings are by powerflex. Future plans... 8psi supercharger kit, STI shortblock and run 14psi on supercharger, change over to turbo and run 18psi, big brake kit, wheels/tires, paint it all body-color black, throw on my Baja turbo hood, maybe head work and everything associated to max-out the SOHC engine. |

The ECU has to be wired into the car, but has a connector that makes it easily removable if needed.

Are those hoods steel or aluminum? Either way, I'd slap some primer on the edges where you cut it to keep corrosion at bay.

that's cool. Thanks for the pic. I was exploring this idea but went FMIC way back when, just interested in how I could have done it.
Yeah, I would primer the edges to help prevent rust... |

I did primer it after the pic was taken. I plan on putting a small bit of Bondo around the edges of the scoop to smooth it out a bit more. Then I plan o plastidipping the whole car this spring. It'll protect the paint from the gravel really well. |

The Baja turbo hood I have is definitely steel. I just did the magnet test to make sure. I'm pretty sure the only aluminum hoods for that generation are for the JDM cars.
