I don't know if that's "telling it like it is" so much.

I think it's just a disclaimer for them being a dick to you at somepoint in the future.

Yeah, pretty much... telling it like is. Just glad someone has it on their actual website!

This is how anyone feels that has to deal with the public...most people are f'ing idiots.

BUT, it sounds like they need to get out of that kind of business. They sound like a bunch of whiners to me.

Eh, I'd never have put that on my website but I know how they feel.

After the WRX hit the US in '02 the Subaru market changed. Generally for the worse. People would try to argue $.10 price differences. It was stupid.

Anyhow...

Dude, people are just dicks...period. That disclaimer just makes them sound like pussies. I don't give a isht if the put that up, but I would guess their number of douchebags hasn't dropped significantly.
Most of the douchebags are probably too stupid to read it.

that comment was more to prove a point. but to your credit, you didn't take the bait as most would have. kudos to you.

now, had you taken it like most of the chimps here would have, i simply would have responded "it seems to me that you should get off the internet. you sound like a whiner to me"

again, well done sir...or ma'am.

From the Italian word braggadocchio, I think.

EDIT: No, not exactly. From Spenser's Faerie Queen (1590), Braggadocchio was a boastful character, a pseudo-Italian name derived from the word 'brag'.
