Yes Sir. Title change to reflect. I'm working on it now.

Just added the club links. I will get the track events up soon.

This will include the new Thompson, CT Road Course and others as well.

I also need to get the Rallycross info up. At the rate we are going with this...I may as well add the Hill Climb clubs and events to.

EDIT: Rallycross info will not be included.

Sergio C, World Rallye Blue 2013 WRX STi hatch, ADSI & Thompson Speedway.

Also doing events w/ SCDA, HOD and NASA NE but almost exclusively at Thompson only, other tracks mostly too far. Only weekend events for me.

I am getting membership to Thompson, and I can bring guests... PM me if interested.

Tim - Black SCCA-prepared BSR/AS Honda S2000

At Devens, I run primarily with NER SCCA and the Boston BMWCCA. I'm closer to the Meadowlands so I also run with MSNE, NNJR SCCA, and might try the NNJR PCA/BMWCCA if scheduling works out.

I might do one or two events with the wifey. She complained we haven't done any driving events in a while. Probably just gonna be tires for the Saab ....although I want to do shocks springs and brakes.

What engine are you rebuilding? I'm in process of a stock 251 rebuild at the moment. It's in a million pieces at the moment waiting to go to the machine shop. Next step is to spend 1 billion hours cleaning every other part

I've been eyeballing this thread since we don't really have one that's as region specific on my home forum, but I thought I'd join the convo:

I'm Andrew C. /Black '07 Legacy #68 /NERSCCA

Still very much a novice, having run in one event a few months ago in H stock @ Devens. Possibly looking into some snow/ice events as someone posted earlier, albeit closer to the NH or S ME area. I prefer weekends... I'm looking forward to honing my driving skills and most of all having fun, as well as meeting like-minded people!

Wow, Swampscott is a bit far from some of these events, at least the ones I attend. You might like stuff up in NH, or the hillclimbs. Did you ever try ADSI at least once down @ Quonset point?

http://hpds.1adsi.com/

Also look into the drivers' clubs like NASA Northeast or SCDA or Hooked on Driving, there are some weekend events around the area like at Thompson speedway, NHMS or Lime Rock (this one is a bit far for you though). I think you might actually be close enough to NHMS to make it worthwhile to go in the same day for you.

A 257. So far I only have case halves really. Im not 100% on the build yet, I swing between mild and wild. All depends if i just buy something to have as a dedicated track car or not.

I know it's far, so I'm open to different areas... Ayer wasn't a terrible drive from here morning of the race, just had to make it an all day thing! I haven't heard of any NH hillclimbs or other events. Somebody did mention ADSI to me, but that's a lot more expensive than SCCA, no?

ADSI is a bit more upfront but is a much better value if you consider laps per $. A standard SCCA events usually run between 5-6 laps for a day at 55 per day. (unless your an SCCA member, in which case it's 35) ADSI is around 125 for an open house day (ADSI regulars feel free to correct me on this) but you can run as many laps as you want. (with in reason of course) The environment is more relaxed and a lot less structured but there are no classes and no trophies ect. ADSI is more about seat time and fun where as SCCA is for seeing how you and your car stack up against similarly modified vehicles.

I'm an SCCA member, so I do get the discount. Suppose I'll look more into ADSI. I couldn't care less about competing really, and cones do not compute in my brain as well as real corners do

I'll look more into how ADSI is set up as far as runs, instructors, and courses. Thanks!

Correct about adsi. All about seat time and learning more about your car. No course working or running around chasing the cones that I destroy. I have actually run out of gas during an event.

Cam anyone chime in on hillclimbs or snow events? Even for spectators. I was told about NEFR but that isn't until July.
