any car in the US 96 or newer is OBD2. thats when they introduced OBD2
my v3 setup is coming this/next week, going into my 95 coupe (base model, 1.8L FWD) any tips from the pros? (im doing AWD conversion)

Just picked up a clean 96 Brighton. I'm new to Subaru and to the forum and I'm having trouble finding a straight up answer. What would be the best motor to build up for reliable turbo power? Anyone messed with running E85 tunes either?
