Default Turboing A N/A 2.5L

I am thinking of turbocharging my RS. Who's kits would you reccomend and where could i get them? My car has 83k miles so would i need to rebuild the internals? I'm figuring i will. And if so who would you reccomend for the internals? I'm planning on all forged. Also what boost would you reccomend when im done?
