Default Need info on English TV Show - "Second City"

Okay I need some help from all you English comedy TV show fanatics!

A friend of mine has one of those "Big Zero" birthdays coming up next week. He wants a copy of the "Second City" TV show that has a particular skit in it. This skit apparently takes place all over the world, maybe at the same time. Does anyone know what he's talking about and which show or DVD it might be on?

I found 4 different volumes on Amazon.com but I have no clue which one to buy him.

Thanks in advance,

Jane

Obvioulsy you don't understand twisted British humour ...

Think Faulty Towers, Monty Python etc.
