02-05 WRX wheels on 06 WRX?

Thank you. Just found the answer after searching even harder. I wish Nick would just let us search MY like 02 03 04 05 06 etc.

They wont work even with spacers.....16"s with the new bigger brakes wont work at all.

....bullspit.......a 3mm spacer will allow them to fit just fine....but a 16x6.5 is rather pointless for 'summer' use.......winter/offroad

99-01 16" RS wheels will also work...

The brakes aren't "bigger" in the sense that they are a large diameter, the caliper is just a little too fat...about 2-3 mm too fat

How much do those weigh? I am currently contemplating where to go with this at this point. I lost 4-5MPH in my ET going from stock 17's to Volk LE37A 18's (not the lightest Volk by any means). Wondering if I could pick up more trap speed going down to 16's.

IIRC, the RS wheels were around 18 lbs each.

16.5 for the 00+ six spokes...17 for the older solid 5-spokes...
