Default SCCA National Rallycross Challenge - Jun 2-4

I know a lot of the stage rally people aren't the biggest fans of the SCCA and I also know that a lot of those guys are going to be going to STPR this weekend but we're holding a stop on the National Rallycross Challenge in Fowlerville MI Jun 2-4.

http://www.scca.org/Event/Event.asp?...484600&Id=5470

You have to register on the SCCA website. I wish they did it an easier way for non-SCCA members like how we do it in MAE but that's life I guess.

Please register and let's make this a great event.

Remember it's a TWO day event so the cost is doubled.

Other info here: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=957240

Hope to see ya there.

Bump for a good cause

July's national Challenge is in Virginia:
http://www.dcrally.com

I'm tempted to come out to this Michigan event, but I'm conflicted about the 10 minutes of seat time vs. 1,200 minutes of travel time.

OK...19 total entries with about two weeks to go??? Come on people!!!! This is gonna be the BEST rallycross event we've had in the Detroit region bar none!!!!

If you're NOT an SCCA member, you can get a temporary one for the event. Register w/Pego Mack of the SCCA. See her instructions below...

Quote:
Temporary Members have to mail in their entry with a check or Fax it with a credit card number.

At the regular entry fee. I will do this for anyone who can not get to a temporary membership, we can do it the day of the event as long as they send me an entry form first. With payment of which ever type they chose.
It is best if they can get a temporary membership form from Mary but we can handle it if they can not.
The entry forms are available on line at www.scca.com, then Events on the left, then Rally on the upper tabs, then Cendiv, RallyCross, then you'll see the event. There is a pdf file of the entry form available.
I encourage non members to enter, we will work it all out at the start if there are any problems.

We're up to 33, but that's just not enough!!!

I know STPR is gonna take away some entries, but the 2 mod classes are the biggest so far. What the heck happened to Prepared AWD??? Only 3 entries???

Why do they have a national so far away? Can't they put it somewhere in the middle. Us socalers have a hard time justifying going that far even if it is a National event. I think they are scared of us
Peace out

Show up at ThunderHill Marvin - enter here: http://www.scca.com/Event/Event.asp?Ref=3558 - only seven entries so far so if they don't cancel it, we could get miles and miles worth of runs in over the two days.

How far away is MPH from you Cali guys?

The final round is there in October and what a great event it would be if east meets west!

Not bad, but that black WRX did seem to be marring it's paint quite a bit.

PA was pretty darn close for the also ran spot. An STI on 17" Pirelli gravel's checked out on us and never looked back! He was driving great!!

Being up against a Pro Solo, STPR, and events at Waterford the turnout was a bit small. Weather gave us a challenge at times but overall it was great. I think I'm going to try to make another Challenge, but definitely not the West Coast event.
