That is an interesting question MPG sheww. I can only imagine, but that thing looks sweet sitting on those 20" Advans. The supercharger and exhaust install looks sweet. Guess only time will will tell.

I doubt that there is much of a tunning market for that vehicle.

There will be a market for it, it will just take time. I remember when I first got my 2.5RS impreza there was nothing for it. And now look at all the parts. It just takes time. Its like anything else out there.

Doubtful, but I've been known to be wrong on occasion.

The Tribeca is not marketed or sold to the types that frequent these boards. Creature comforts take precedence over performance with the Tribeca buyers.

It would be better with this:

"In Europe Subaru has confirmed it is developing a diesel version of its trademark boxer (horizontally-opposed) four-cylinder engine.

Expected to debut in Europe in 2007, the 2.2-litre turbodiesel powerplant will be a modual engine. A six-cylinder 3.3-litre version will likely slot into Outback and Tribeca variants down the track.

The diesel powerplant was confirmed by president and CEO of Fuji Heavy industries, Kyoji Takenaka, at the recent Geneva Motor Show."

It will be a bit heavier, but think of all the heavy F-250's out there running between 8 and 10 second 1/4 miles.

I'm interested. I own a tribeca and legacy gt ltd.
I traded 05 STI for tribeca due to newborn.
Would like some power adders.

First, congrats!

But why did you think you needed a much bigger vehicle? I have 2 kids (ages 1 and 3) and am still using my WRX wagon as a family car.
